The new mashup debuts in four varieties: Hawaiian Schnitzza, Creamy Ham & Mushroom Schnitzza, BBQ Beef & Ham Schnitzza, and Margherita Schnitzza.
The Hawaiian Schnitzza features smoky honey ham, pineapple, classic marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on a chicken schnitzel crust.
The Creamy Ham & Mushroom Schnitzza tops a crispy chicken schnitzel crust with smoky honey ham, sliced mushrooms, creamy Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
The BBQ Beef & Ham Schnitzza features crumbed beef, smoky honey ham and tangy BBQ sauce on a chicken schnitzel base.
The Margherita Schnitzza consists of classic marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on a chicken schnitzel base.
The entire concept is similar to Taco Bell’s Naked Chicken Chalupa, which features a taco shell made with all-white-meat chicken.
All four Schnitzza varieties can be found at participating Pizza Hut locations across Australia for a suggested price of $15 AUD each, or about $10.73 USD.
